Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy

At Wimberly Anne’s Apparel + Gifts, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our policy below:

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 3 days of the customer receiving the order.

  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Final sale, clearance, and personalized items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within the same 3-day window.

  • If the new item selected is of greater value than the original, the customer is responsible for covering the difference.

  • If the item is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit.

Store Credit

  • Store credits will be issued in place of refunds.

  • Credits must be used within the same calendar year from the date issued.

  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
