Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy
At Wimberly Anne’s Apparel + Gifts, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our policy below:
Returns
Items must be returned within 3 days of the customer receiving the order.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Final sale, clearance, and personalized items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within the same 3-day window.
If the new item selected is of greater value than the original, the customer is responsible for covering the difference.
If the item is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as store credit.
Store Credit
Store credits will be issued in place of refunds.
Credits must be used within the same calendar year from the date issued.
Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
