🛍️ Orders & Shipping

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

  • A second email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships.

  • Processing time is typically 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Store credits will be issued for returns and must be used within the same calendar year.

  • For exchanges, if the new item is of greater value, the customer is responsible for the difference.

💳 Store Credits

  • Store credits are issued via email and can be applied at checkout.

  • Credits are valid for one year from the date issued and cannot be redeemed for cash.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
